SkinTech Lab (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, and how you can access or correct it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company or brand name, and the content of your message. If you email or call us directly, we keep a record of that correspondence.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information for each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to discuss and provide our development and manufacturing services, and to keep a record of our conversations with you. We will not sell your personal information or use it to send you marketing you have not asked for.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host and email provider, and only so they can provide that service. Some of these providers store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with them.

How we keep it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep enquiry records only for as long as we need them to deal with you and to meet our legal obligations.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@skintechlab.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.
